Every order for the week
The national spots inside each show you carry, by break and position, and the ROS units you place yourself, each with its advertiser, window, ISCI, length and cart number.
For the stations that carry a network distributing through Radio Workflow: see the week's orders and audio, report what aired and sign the week. Your network invites you, and an emailed link signs you in.
Not invited yet? Your network adds station contacts; ask their traffic coordinator.
Orders, audio and paperwork arrive for each broadcast week. What goes back is what aired, and a signed week as proof.
The national spots inside each show you carry, by break and position, and the ROS units you place yourself, each with its advertiser, window, ISCI, length and cart number.
The copy playlist lists the carts for your ROS units with the network's cart numbers and ISCIs, with the audio to download or a note on how the network sends it.
Give each ROS unit the time it aired, or mark it outside its window or not aired, with a reason. Certify the days and hours you carried each show and list any break you dropped.
Choose your automation system's as-run or program log as CSV, TXT, XLS or PDF. It is matched to the week's units for you, and nothing is saved until you review the matches and apply them.
When the network republishes a week, you see what changed for your station and acknowledge the latest version, so the network knows you have it.
Once every show is certified and every unit reported, a contact who can sign signs the week with their name and title. The signed week is your station's proof of performance.
A Certificate of Performance for each show, and a Commercial Schedule and Copy Playlist for ROS, straight from the week's order.
In Settings, each person picks the emails they want for a station: a new week, a revised week, audio they were waiting for, and a reminder two days before affidavits are due.
Ask it about your orders, have it match your automation log, or get it to chase what is outstanding. It asks before it writes an affidavit, and it never signs.
If your station runs its own Radio Workflow workspace, your network can invite it to link. Once your workspace accepts, their orders arrive in your Network Query, revisions update your draft logs, and affidavits fill in from your posted logs: you check them here and sign the week.
The network puts your station's people on its roster, each with a role: view, report times or sign the week, and sends each one an invitation.
Enter the email your network has for your station and we email you a link. It works once, and there is no password. One email can cover several stations and networks.
Read each network's order, load the carts and print the paperwork. When the network revises the week, you see what changed.
Report what aired, by hand or from your log, and sign the week by its deadline. A week signed late is still accepted, and marked late.
This portal is the station side of Radio Workflow's Network Distribution. You sell on contracts as usual and publish each week's orders to your affiliates. Stations read their orders, report what aired and sign the week here, or receive the orders in their own Radio Workflow workspace, and what they report comes back to your Affidavit Center.
Network Distribution is switched on per network workspace.
A show or ROS package sells on a contract, with the affiliates that carry it.
Each affiliate gets its own version of the week's orders.
Stations report what aired, here or from their own Radio Workflow logs.
A station contact who can sign signs the week.
Invoices carry every affiliate's airing as proof.
Your station's own systems can work the week through the REST API and the MCP server: read the order, download the audio, report times and acknowledge changes. Signing always needs a person.
